Rotational Moulds

MCM spa has strengthened its ability in producing moulds for rotational moulding technology. We can make moulds with two different techniques, according to the desired quality and characteristics of the product:

Plate Moulds

MCM spa can boast a significant experience in the production of a big quantity of plate moulds for rotational moulding technology for several fields: from water tanks to foodstuff containers (5 to 16.700 litre), from ecology and waste water tanks to sewer collectors, road safety barriers, garden products.

All the above moulds have already been produced for Italian and foreign leading industries, made from carbon steel plate, with metal structural works for easy handling operations, with inserts for details with undercuts, especially designed for an easy extraction of the product, with an accurate finish of the outer surface of the product .

Aluminium Moulds

MCM spa is provided with a modern equipped in-home foundry to produce cast aluminium moulds. Besides we have a tool-shop to make the necessary wooden models.This technique is the ideal solution to make moulds with artistic decorations and textured finish.

We have developed a wide experience in producing moulds for garden products, dog-houses and carriers for small and bigger pets, for European and American companies. Our moulds are appreciated for their accurate details, easy usage and end-product quality.
